We handle secure batch submission to PSA headquarters, help select the optimal service tier, and provide live online batch tracking until your slabs return for pickup. How do I submit cards to PSA in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong TCG collectors book an in-person slot at 138 Arena in Causeway Bay to drop off raw or sleeved cards. Appaw provides free preliminary card inspection, condition evaluation, and grade prediction, alongside basic cleaning & maintenance to reduce point deduction risks. We confirm your PSA service tier, handle proxy submission, and provide a reference code to track batch progress online.

01Can Hong Kong TCG cards be submitted to PSA?
Yes. Pokémon TCG, One Piece, MTG, and sports cards in raw or sleeved form are accepted at 138 Arena through Appaw proxy submission.
02How do I book a drop-off?
Use the Book appointment button to pick a time at 138 Arena, Causeway Bay. Face-to-face only — no mailed submissions. Bring your cards; Appaw confirms tier and intake on-site.
03Where do I drop off and pick up?
138 Arena only. Face-to-face drop-off and pickup. No mailed submissions. Hours on Instagram @138arena.
04Are any types of cards NOT accepted for submission?
Metal cards, oversized Jumbo cards, unofficial fan-made cards, severely torn items, and non-card memorabilia are not accepted. High-value rare cards are fully supported—simply select the matching declared-value tier. Feel free to ask us on WhatsApp before booking if you have unusual items.

05How do I track my submission?
Use the Track page with the phone number and reference code from your receipt. Both are required. We never expose submissions by phone alone.
06Multiple PSA plans in one visit?
Each service level gets its own BAT batch. Track each batch with the same phone number.
07What do the timeline steps mean?
"Card Recorded at 138 Arena" is intake. "Submitted to PSA Hong Kong" means your batch left for PSA. Middle steps sync from PSA. "Ready for Pickup at 138 Arena" means slabs are back.
Pickup & fees
08When can I pick up my cards?
When tracking shows "Ready for Pickup at 138 Arena" and you receive our WhatsApp or email pickup notice, you have 14 days from the notification date to collect your cards at 138 Arena.
09What happens if I don't pick up within 14 days?
Cards not collected within 14 days of the pickup notice are treated as abandoned. We send you a card abandonment notice and no fees are refunded.
10Why does PSA upcharge?
If your card grades high (e.g. PSA 10) or its market value exceeds the maximum declared value on your submission, PSA charges an upcharge to cover the grading fee difference. If that happens, we contact you with two options (see the next question).
11What can I do if one of my cards gets upcharged?
We offer two options:
- Pay the tier difference when you pick up the card (the gap between your original tier fee and the higher tier it now qualifies for).
- Tell us within the pickup window that you are waiving the card; we refund 50% of what you paid for that card.

12Are you just a PSA courier?
No. Beyond coordinating batch submissions to PSA, we serve as high-value grading advisors. We provide free preliminary card inspection, condition evaluation, and grade prediction, along with basic cleaning & maintenance to reduce deduction risks and strive for the highest possible grade for your collection.
13Do you guarantee a PSA 10?
No. Final grades are determined exclusively by PSA graders. Our free preliminary inspection, grade prediction, and basic cleaning & maintenance help minimize avoidable risks and lower submission failure rates, but grade estimates are references and not guarantees.
14What happens after I get a PSA 10 back?
You can collect at 138 Arena as usual. If you want help selling or consigning the slab, Appaw also runs a graded-card trading desk in Hong Kong. Ask at pickup or open the card trading page.
