First, book a face-to-face slot at 138 Arena, Causeway Bay through Appaw. Bring your cards and a contact phone number. Sleeve or hard-case your cards for travel so they do not pick up scratches en route. On arrival, Appaw verifies your cards, confirms PSA tier and declared value, helps with sleeving and a written list, assigns a BAT batch reference per service level, and issues a receipt. When status shows ready and you receive an Appaw WhatsApp or email pickup notice, collect at 138 Arena within 30 days of that notice. Late pickup may be treated as abandonment with no refund.
