High-value grading advisor, not a logistics handoff
Anyone can forward a sleeve to PSA. The expensive mistake is paying full submission fees and waiting a full cycle on a card that cannot support the grade you need. Our job is to protect that decision before the batch leaves Hong Kong.
Condition-first screening mindset
We look at surface, corners, edges, and centering with the tools that catch dents and whitening naked-eye intake misses. The goal is a clear submit or pause call before you spend the tier fee.
Honest advise-against
If a fatal flaw makes a strong grade unrealistic, we say so. We would rather you keep the card and the fee than force every piece into a BAT round.
Tier advice when the card is strong
When condition supports a serious PSA 10 attempt, we help match Regular, Express, Super Express, or Walk-Through to your time and declared-value stake. Faster tiers cost more; we only push them when the card justifies it.

We partner with 138 Arena for face-to-face intake. Trust comes from what you can verify: the venue, the receipt credentials, live batch status, and a public process we are willing to show.
Face-to-face only
Drop-off and pickup happen at 138 Arena in Causeway Bay. We do not accept mailed raw-card submissions for this service.
Live batch tracking
Each service tier gets a reference code. Look up status with the phone number and reference code on your receipt. We never expose submissions by phone alone.

After the slab returns
PSA 10 is not the end of the story
