Parties and roles

Appaw Store Limited, trading as Appaw Store, provides PSA grading submission, follow-up with the customer, and related collector services. 138 Arena in Causeway Bay is the partner venue for face-to-face work.

138 Arena is responsible for venue operations and for collecting payment. Appaw Store is responsible for the service itself and for follow-up. Because of that service relationship, Appaw Store may adjust the final price payable on a booking.

Website

The website at appaw.store is operated by Appaw Store. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. The site publishes information about products and services, accepts bookings for PSA grading submission, and provides tracking for submitted batches, together with related tools.

Content on the site may be updated from time to time. The version that appears when you use a page is the one that applies to that visit, unless a later notice says otherwise.

PSA grading submission

PSA grading submission is booked through the website and completed face to face at 138 Arena. Raw cards are not accepted by mail. The customer brings the cards to the partner venue, where intake, a preliminary inspection, and confirmation of the service tier take place.

Service tiers follow only the pricing table published on the PSA grading submission page: Regular, Express, Super Express, Walk-Through, and Reholder. Fees and declared-value limits are those shown on that table at the time of booking.

Final grades are set by PSA. Appaw Store does not guarantee a score. A preliminary inspection and any grade discussion at intake are references only. They are not a promise of a PSA 10 or of any other result.

Fees and payment

Money for PSA grading submission is collected at 138 Arena. Appaw Store may adjust the final price because of the service relationship between the parties. Where an adjustment applies, Appaw Store confirms the amount and 138 Arena collects it.

If PSA issues an upcharge because a card grades above the declared-value limit of the chosen tier, two options are available. The customer may pay the difference between the original tier fee and the higher tier at pickup. That difference is paid to 138 Arena; if an adjustment is involved, Appaw Store confirms the final amount. Alternatively, within the pickup window the customer may waive the card. In that case Appaw Store refunds 50% of what the customer paid for that card.

Published fees can change when PSA changes its own charges, service list, or processing times. The figures on the pricing table at booking apply unless a later PSA change or an upcharge requires a different amount.

Storage and pickup

Returned PSA slabs are stored by Appaw Store. The fourteen-day pickup window starts when Appaw Store begins notifying the customer, by WhatsApp or email, that the cards are ready. It does not start from the PSA return date alone.

Handover is arranged at 138 Arena. Appaw Store holds the cards and, within fourteen days after the pickup notice is issued, arranges return at that partner venue.

If the cards are not collected within those fourteen days, they are treated as abandoned. Appaw Store sends an abandonment notice. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Protectors

The Graded Slab UV Glass Protector is a third-party case sized for standard 35PT PSA and CGC slabs. It is not manufactured by PSA. Purchase channels include Etsy, Carousell, WhatsApp, and pickup at 138 Arena.

If any problem arises within fourteen days after the customer receives the goods, the customer may return the protector. The buyer pays the shipping cost of the return.

Card trading and consignment

Appaw Store operates a card trading platform. The main landing for consignment is 138 Arena. Cards are also consigned in parallel on marketplaces. Meetups and handover for trading follow the arrangements described on the card trading pages.

Liability

PSA sets grades and controls its own pipeline. Appaw Store is not liable for the grade PSA assigns, or for delays inside PSA's system.

Shipping from Hong Kong to PSA is arranged as part of the submission. Turnaround times published on the site are estimates and are not a guarantee. The clock does not start until PSA enters the order into its grading system.

Venue hours at 138 Arena are set by the venue and published on Instagram @138arena. Appaw Store does not control those hours.
